Crossing state lines

Oh man it's been a busy week. Last Monday I spent 8 hours in the car, and 6 hours packing. I made a trip down to pick up my drum set and the rest of my stuff. It was a long day to say the least. Then the next day I spent most of it unpacking all that stuff, and re-installing Windows on my computer. It's not running any faster.

Wednesday is when the fun began. My roomie Josh from Chicago was in the Mini for a few days. I had the pleasure of wandering around 4th street trying to find the stupid parking garage. There are at least 4 different bus stops in the area; I was confused.

It was great having Josh around. At school the two of us are always stressed and yelling at each other to do the dishes, but in the summer we are much more calm. He and I spent a few hours at MOA, and wandering around Uptown. A bunch of us met up with Sarah for 'coffee' on Friday night, and saw some wonderfully euphoric people dancing in the streets for rent money. Then today we, and by 'we' I mean everyone but me, helped John/Elyse move. I planted a tree and fixed their internet instead.

It's been a busy busy week for me.

OZMA's new album drops today!

Ozma is a great band that I know little about. I don't know their albums, their history or their band members. But I have seen then live, and they are very good.

Their newest album Pasadena drops today. I've been listening to their remake of Epinine, from that album, all day. Oh yeah, and their version of the Tetris theme is great too.
